| 摘 要： | 在我国商业银行运行中,信息起着至关重要的作用。作为银行业中普遍存在的现象,信息不对称是导致我国银行业运行无序,潜在风险上升的最基本的原因。本文对我国商业银行运行中的信息不对称现象进行了详细的分析,同时提出了相应的解决措施。
