对本钢3号高炉换热器破损事故的剖析与改进的探讨

摘    要:以本钢二铁厂3号高炉换热器破损事故为分析对象,利用调查和模型实验结果为基础,抓住换热器破损的主要部位进行分析,同时对换热器事故中主管路裂缝及少量束管中间段泄漏的原因也做了综合判断分析。其结果表明,扩张器扩张角度过大和设备的材质及安装方式的不当是造成事故的原因。还对如何迅速地修复本钢3号高炉换热器提出了具体意见。

Abstract:ake the heat exchanger damage accident of blast furnace No. 3 in iron--making Works No.2 of BISC as an analytical object, on the basis of investigation and model experiment results, the causes of fracture of main pipeline and leakage at intermediate seCtion of a few bundled pipes under the condition of heat exchanger accident as well as the main poSition of heat exchanger damage are comprehensively analyzed in this Paper. The results show that the excessive divergence angle of dilator and the inappropriateness of the equipment material and its installment are the causes of accident.Some concrete suggestion about how to repair promptly the heat exchanger of blast furnace No.3 inBISC is also made in this paper.
