| 摘 要： | 在建立起轧钢生产均衡度的定义及其计算公式以后，以安阳钢铁公司中型轧钢厂的生产数据为基础，讨论了轧钢生产均衡度对其工序能耗的影响。我国轧钢生产均衡度很低。就生产组织工作而言，为了节能，不仅要使轧钢生产的工作点移向“经济区”，而且还要尽量提高轧钢生产的“均衡度”。

| Abstract: | fter giving the definition Of equilibrium of rolling production and its calculating formula,on the basis of production data of medium-sized rolling works of AISC, this paper dicusses the influence of equilibrium of rolling produCtion on its process energy consumption. The equilibrium of rolling production is very low in our country. With regard to production organization work, in order to save energy, not only the work POint Of rolling Production should ie moved to economic zone,but also the equilibrium of rolling production must be increased as high as possible. |
