芳烃抽提装置中环丁砜循环系统设备腐蚀原因及对策

摘    要:对芳烃抽提装置中运行的环丁砜溶剂及设备腐蚀残留物进行分析,指出环丁砜循环系统设备腐蚀是由于在环丁砜中累积的Cl^-造成的氯腐蚀和由于环丁砜及杂质在运行中劣化产生的磺酸、丁基磺酸、硫酸等造成的硫腐蚀。用阴离子交换树脂净化环丁砜,能显著降低环丁砜劣化产生的酸性阴离子和累积的Cl^-的含量,有效地降低环丁砜对循环系统的设备腐蚀。

Abstract:Analyzing recycled sulfolane and the corrosive residue found in the sulfolane recycling system of aromatics extraction unit indicated that the equipment corrosion could be defined as chloride corrosion and sulfur corrosion, the former was caused by the accumulation of chlorides in the system; the later was due to the existence of sulfonic acid and sulfuric acid formed by the degradation of sulfolane during aromatics extraction process. A treatment using an anion-exchange resin to purify the recycled sulfolane was proposed. Test results showed that the contents of accumulated chlorides and other sulfur containing anions in the treated sulfolane reduced remarkably, therefore, the corresponding equipment corrosion problem was solved effectively.
