PLC控制步进电机在自动堆焊中的应用

摘    要:利用可编程控制器(PLC)控制步进电机和电焊机,实现车钩堆焊过程的自动化控制。针对焊接技术向自动化方向发展的趋势,研制了一种PLC控制技术用于火车车钩焊补的自动化堆焊设备,该设备由机械系统,控制系统以及焊接系统组成。利用PLC控制3个电机的转递和转向,从而控制焊枪的运动轨迹,通过焊接试验得出一组典型的焊接规范参数。试验结果表明,系统具有运行可靠,操作方便以及效率高等特点,对改善工人劳动条件和提高生产效率具有明显的实用意义。

Abstract:The PLC controlled system which is used to control step-motor and electric welding machine is introduced in this paper, and automatic control of surfacing welding for the train hook repairing is realized.Aiming at the automatic welding development trend, the welding machine used for repairing train hook is developed.This machine contains mechanical system, control system and welding system,and it adopts the PLC to control the three motors turning speed and direction as well as moving welding gun,a group of typical welding parameters is obtained by the welding experiments,which show that this system has advantages of high stability, convenient operation and high efficiency.
