摘    要:针对非致密体金属钼材,采用刚粘塑性有限元法对其热压扭过程进行了分析研究.获得材料变形过程中的等效应力、等效应变、静水压力、相对密度的分布规律。根据模拟结果初步讨论了高径比、摩擦因子、变形量等工艺参数对变形的影响。研究表明:压缩变形是材料致密的主要因素,而扭转变形使变形均匀化。

Abstract:Through rigid-viscoplastic finite element method, the thermal pressure-torsion process for porous molybdenum was analyzed. The distribution of stress-effective, strain-effective, stress-mean and relative density were obtained. Depending on the simulation results, the effects of h/d ratio, friction value and amount of deformation in deforming process were discussed. The results show that the density is increased by compression deformation and the density uniformity is improved by torsion deformation.
