摘    要:用来制造大型轴类锻件的钢锭其水口端的沉积锥历来是一个棘手的问题,拟提出一种新工艺漏盘反挤法对这一问题进行摸索。列举了该工艺的模具布置、工艺步骤、工艺特点及经济效益。对工艺进行了现场试验.充分证明了工艺的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:The deposit-awl in the fluid entrance of the steel ingot to be used to manufacture large axis forgings is always a knotty problem, A new kind of technology called reverse squeezing with a flaw millstone was applied to settle this problem. The die laying , technological steps and characteristics, and economic benefits about the technology were detailed. And a site experiment was carried out to prove the correctness and feasibility of the technology.
