摘    要:根据刨煤机工作面原配套设备在生产中出现的端头支架移架速度慢、基本支架扎底严重、对顶板适应性差、刨煤机断链频繁、刮板输送机重载启动烧电机等诸多问题,分别对液压支架、刨煤机的结构和控制进行了一系列适应性技术改造.

Abstract:Aimed at the problems of original equipments for the coal-plough mining face during the production,such as low moving velocity of end supports,serious underframe sinking,bad adaptability to the roof,frequent chain scission of coal-plough,and motor damaged when heavy-loading startup of conveyer,a series of techniques were carried out to enhance the adaptability of structure and control of hydraulic supports and coal-plough,suggesting good application effect and high value of popularization.
