| 摘 要： | 针对我国煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设中面临的一些重要问题,研究了煤矿井下紧急避险系统的作用与功能定位,介绍了我国现有相关法规规定,分析了紧急避险系统建设的基本原则和设计的基本要求,探讨了紧急避险设施布局、类型选择、功能设计、设备选型及紧急避险系统建设与维护管理等相关问题,提出了相关意见及建议.
