摘    要:我国焦化行业的现状决定了焦化企业的主要风险来自于市场风险,即焦炭客户风险.通过利用层次分析法,建立焦炭客户资信评估模型,对客户进行评估,根据评估结果对客户进行分类管理,建立客户信用额度控制模型,不同类别客户授予不同信用额度,变事后风险控制为事前风险控制,并在中煤集团焦炭销售中进行应用,取得较好效果.

Abstract:The status of coking industry determines the main risk of coking enterprises comes from market risk that comes from coke customers in China.In this paper,by use of AHP,we establish coke customer credit evaluation model and assess client.Based on assessment results,we classify the customer management and establish customer credit control model.Different types of customers are granted different lines of credit.We change risk management after control for pre-control.The model is applied in coke sales in China ...
