基于腐植酸钠的型煤复合粘结剂的研究

摘    要:以腐植酸钠作为主要型煤粘结剂,以蒙脱石和高岭土作为复配粘结剂,以常温强度、高温强度和热稳定性作为型煤试样的主要性能检测指标,先通过单因素实验的方法进行实验,然后对实验结果进行对比分析,得到了腐植酸钠、蒙脱石和高岭土加入量的变化对型煤试样常温强度、高温强度和热稳定性的影响趋势,着重对其机理进行了分析.研究结果表明,腐植酸钠对常温强度影响最为显著,蒙脱石和高岭土可提高型煤的高温强度和热稳定性,且蒙脱石的作用比高岭土更为明显.

Abstract:Sodium humate(SH) was used as a main briquette binder,and montmorillonite(MMT) and kaolin were used as additional binder.The briquette samples were characterized in terms of room temperature strength,high-temperature strength and thermal stability.The test data were analyzed systematically by single factor experiment.The influence of the loading amount of SH,MMT and kaolin on above indexes were obtained,and then the mechanism was discussed.The results indicated that SH was the important influential factor o...
