| 摘 要： | 2007年3月,经国务院批准,山西被列为国家煤炭工业可持续发展试点.通过试点工作的探索和实践,煤炭资源管理得到加强,矿山环境保护工作成效明显,生态环境补偿机制初步形成,介绍了实践经验.对完善生态环境补偿机制提出了建议.

| Abstract: | In March 2007,Shanxi were confirmed as a pilot of sustainable development of national coal industry according to the approval of state council.Through the exploration and practice of pilot work,the coal resources management is strengthened,the mine environment protection work is highly effective.The ecological environment compensation mechanism is preliminarily builded in Shanxi. |
