摘    要:设计制作了一台蒸发面积为1.2m2,具有强化凝结面的多级迭盘式太阳能蒸馏器,该蒸馏器最下面一级用热管式真空管集热器供热,最上面一级能被动接收阳光,可在晴好天气下,无需动力自动产生淡水。用普通电热器作为热源对其进行稳态性能测试,给出系统运行温度和产水量的关系,并给出系统在稳定供热时的升温曲线及在无热量输入时的降温曲线。结果表明,当系统运行温度大于70℃时,系统的产水性能明显提高。对影响产水率的其他因素也进行了讨论。

Abstract:A multi-stage stacked tray distillation chamber with folded base face and with tray area of 1.2m2 was constructed.Its bottom stage was heated by a heat-pipe evacuated tubular solar collector.Its top stage could passively receive solar energy.In fine days the device could yield fresh water without additional power except the solar energy.It had been tested with the common electrical heater to simulate the solar energy.The relation between the temperature and the yield of the fresh water had been given.The temperature rising curves in the steady heating and the temperature decreasing curves were obtained.The results indicate that the yield performance of the device is goodish when the temperature range >70℃.The effect of other factors having influence on the distillate yield was also discussed.
