摘    要:介绍国外在高扩面倍率η、低介质膜厚度d的铝电解电容器中引入具有高εr值的其他阀金属(如Ta,Ti,Nb,Zr)氧化物和陶瓷,以期进一步提高铝箔比电容的新方法。根据有关专利文献归纳为三种主要方法:物理、化学及合金化方法。这些思路表征着铝电解电容器用铝箔正面临一场新的技术革新

Abstract:In aluminium electrolytic capacitor based on formed etched anode foil with high anodic area expansion η and low dielectric film thickness d oxides of the other valve metals (such as Ta, Ti, Nb, Zr etc) and ceramics with high permittivity ε r are added to the formed foil in order to increase it's specific capacitance. Present paper introduces this new method. According to related patent literatures it can be induced to three main ways: physical, chemical and alloying. Thess ideas show that the anode foil aluminium electrolytic capacitor is facing a new technological innovation.
