Strategy Analysis on the Efficiency of Administration Management in Universities

Nowadays,more attention has been paid to the development of the Administration Management in Universities due to the rapid and continuous improvement of the social economy.Increasing the efficiency of this shows the great importance in guaranteeing the daily affairs in universities.This paper first states the importance of improving the efficiency of administrative management in universities.On the base of the five main factors such as view of efficiency,institution installing,rules of managements,measures and means,and the administrators, the paper gives some strategies aiming at the goal of improving the efficiency of administrative management.
