摘    要:采用一釜球磨新制备方法,制备了三种不同载钛量的MgCl2/TiCl4催化剂,并与三乙基铝(Al(Et)3)结合,催化丙烯聚合,获得了具有新颖结构的聚丙烯材料。考察了MgCl2/TiCl4催化剂中载钛量对聚合活性、聚合动力学行为、聚合产物分子量及分子量分布等的影响。结果表明,载钛量为0.8%(wt)的MgCl2/TiCl4催化剂,聚合活性最大。同时还从聚合机理上对这些影响规律作了探讨。

Abstract:A novel MgCl2 - supported Ziegler - Natta ( Z - N) catalyst is prepared using a new one - pot ball milling method, which can effectively control the amount of Ti - load in the catalyst. Propylene polymerizations using these catalysts are investigated. The effects of the Ti -loaded amount on catalytic activity, polymerization kinetics, the molecular weight and its distribution are also studied in detail. It is found that the catalytic activity comes to maximum at Ti - loaded amount 0. 8 wt% in the novel MgCl2 - supported Z - N catalyst. Reasons for these phenomena are thus discussed.
