超细二氧化锆制备与表征

摘    要:采用液相沉淀法和共沸蒸馏法制备超细二氧化锆粉体,讨论有机溶剂对二氧化锆粉体的影响。热分析和XRD分析显示,温度由常温升至600 ℃,粉体由无定形向单斜相晶体转变。用TEM观察粉体的形貌和尺寸,Scherrer公式计算得出晶体的直径为21 nm。

Abstract:Ultrafine zirconia powder was prepared by liquid phase precipitation and azeotropic distillation method. The influence of organic solvent on properties of the zirconia powder was discussed. DTA and XRD results indicated that transformation from amorphous to monoclinic phase occurred when the powder was heated from room temperature to 600 ℃. Particle size and morphology were observed by TEM. The particle size was about 21 nm according to the calculation using Scherrer equation.
