日本汽车轻量化发展趋势

摘    要:目前,车用燃料约占石油消耗总量的35%,汽车排放的CO2_约占人类活动排放CO_2总量的20%。汽车轻量化有助于降低排放、缓解环境压力,已成为世界汽车工业发展的趋势。实施汽车轻量化需采用的主要材料有碳纤维、铝合金、镁合金、钛合金、工程塑料、复合材料和高强度钢等。本文分别以丰田汽车、日产汽车和三菱化学作为日本汽车和化学工业的代表,介绍世界汽车工业强国——日本汽车轻量化的发展趋势。

Development Trends of Japanese Automotive Lightweighting
Abstract:At present, automotive fuel occupies about 35%of total petroleum consumption, CO2 emissions by automobiles occupy about 20%of total CO2 emissions by human activities. Automotive lightweighting can help to reduce emissions, ease environmental pressure, having been a trend of world automobile industry development. Main materials needed to use for implementing automotive lightweighting are carbon fiber, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, engineering plastics, composite materials, high-strength steel and so on. Respectively using Toyota Motor, Nissan Motor and Mitsubishi Chemical as the representatives of Japanese automobile and chemical industry, the article introduces Japan′s development trends of automotive lightweighting which is the Auto industrial power in the world.
