微胶囊技术与影像材料

摘    要:起源于20世纪50年代的微胶囊技术,在近年来成为功能性材料制备中一项重要的技术。本文概述了微胶囊的定义、基本形态、分类及特点;依据囊壁形成的机制和成囊条件,综述性介绍了各种常用的微胶囊化方法及其简单机制。同时,重点介绍了在影像材料方面,微胶囊的制备和释放的机理,以及在这个方面,微胶囊技术的各种应用及进展。

Abstract:Microencapsulation is an important technology for the production of functional powders, and in recent years more and more attention is paid to it. The definition, morphology, classification and characteristics of microcapsules are summarized. According to the mechanisms and the conditions of the wall-forming, a variety of usual methods and brief theories of the preparation of microcapsule are reviewed. Especially, in the field of imaging materials, the preparation and the mechanisms of release of the microcapsule, the various application and progress are introduced in details.
