2,3,4,4’-四羟基二苯甲酮合成中主要副产物的分离与鉴定

摘    要:对2,3,4,4’-四羟基二苯甲酮合成中影响其反应得率的主要因素进行研究。采用萃取、柱层析进行副产物分离,得到一个无色结晶,用IR1、H NMR、13C NMR及EI-MS等光谱解析其结构鉴定为对羟基苯甲酸乙酯。通过验证,该副产物为催化剂中所夹带的少量乙醇所致。

Abstract:The effect of main factors from the synthesis of 2,3,4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone on the yield of the reaction were studied,extraction and column chromatography have been adopted to isolate by-products and the structure have been identified by spectral analysis IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR and EI-MS,etc.one major by-product which is colorless crystal have been isolated and identified namely p-hydroxyl benzoate,it was proved that the major by-products attributed to little alchohol in catalyst.
