原料对LiCo0.05Mn1.95O4晶体结构及性能的影响

摘    要:采用高温固相法,用不同的锂源(LiNO3、Li2CO3、LiOH·H2O)和不同锰源(CMD、MnCO3、Mn(Ac)2·4H2O、EMD)分别合成了LiCo0.05Mn1.95O4样品,并结合XRD、SEM和电化学性能测试等手段,研究了不同合成原料对锂离子电池正极材料LiCo0.05Mn1.95O4的晶体结构、外观形貌和电化学性能的影响。研究结果表明:LiOH·H2O和EMD是较好的合成LiCo0.05Mn1.96O4的材料。

Abstract:Different samples like LiCo0.05Mn1.95O4 were synthesized by different raw materials containing Li and Mn, such as LiNO3.Li2CO3.LiOH·H2O、CMD、MnCO3.Mn (Ac)2·4H2O and EMD . With the analysis of XRD, SEM and electrochemical properties, the effects of different raw materials on crystalline structure, shapes and electrochemical properties of LiCo0.05Mn1.95O4 for Li-ion battery cathode materials were discussed in this paper. The experimental results showed that, LiOH·H2O and EMD were the better materials to synthesize LiCo0.05Mn1.95O4.
