摘    要:介绍了采用“秦冶1号”溶液循环吸收法的脱硫装置处理多膛炉高氟氯二氧化硫烟气的中试运行情况.重点介绍了该装置的工艺流程、主要设备及实际运行参数,对后续有待解决的问题,提出了优化措施.脱硫后烟气二氧化硫质量浓度稳定在5 mg/m3以下,脱硫效率大于99.98%.

Abstract:Summary of multiple hearth furnace with high fluoride, chloride and sulphur dioxide flue gas desulphurization in pilot scale experiment in desulphurization unit using "Qin Ye 1" solution circulating absorption is described. The process, major equipment and actual operating parameters of the device are introduced, and optimization measures for subsequent issues are addressed. Mass concentration of SO2 in the flue gas stablizes at 5 mg/m^3 or less after desulphurization, and the desulphurization efficiency is greater than 99. 98%.
