单火嘴单区烧氨技术在硫磺回收装置的应用

摘    要:介绍了单火嘴单区烧氨技术在中国石油辽阳石化分公司炼油厂硫磺回收装置的应用情况.重点介绍了烧氨技术的原理,对单火嘴单区和双区这2种烧氨技术进行对比.实践证明:处理含烃高的酸性气的硫磺回收装置宜采用单火嘴单区烧氨技术.该硫磺回收装置硫磺转化率达99.88%,排放尾气ρ(SO2)为307 mg/m^3,系统阻力降保持在10 kPa左右.

Abstract:Application of single nozzle and single zone ammonia burning technology in sulphur recovery unit in Liaoyang Petro- chemical Branch Company Refinery of CNPC is described. Principle of ammonia burning technology is introduced and two kinds of am- monia burning technology about single nozzle utilized in single zone and double-zone are compared. The practice proved that single noz- zle ammonia burning technology was suitable for sulphur recovery unit processing high hydrocarbon acid gas. The sulphur conversion efficiency in sulphur recovery unit reaches 99. 88%, SO2 concentration in tail gas is 307 mg/m^3 , and system pressure drop is maintained at about 10 kPa.
