单轨吊信号采集系统

摘    要:该文的信号采集方案是针对单轨吊系统设计的。在单轨吊运行过程中,信号采集是必不可少的一部分,实时、精确、高速的信号采集系统对机车的正常运行非常重要。本装置以PIC单片机为核心,PIC单片机自带CAN通讯接口,通过CAN总线实现信号的传输。该系统应用于单轨吊机车中,可以实现信号可靠地采集,并保证机车正常运行。

Abstract:in this paper,the signal acquisition scheme was designed for monorail system.When the mono- rail crane operation process,the signal acquisition is an essential part of real-time,accurate,high-speed signal acquisition system is very important for the normal operation of the locomotive,This device with PIC microcontroller as the core,PIC microcontroller built-in CAN communication interface,through CAN bus to realize the transmission of signals,The system used in the monorail crane car,can realize reliable signal acquisition,and ensure the normal operation of locomotive.
