| 摘 要： | 根据交通需求管理理论(TMD)，采用GPS技术研制了具有区域识别的出租车计价器，给出了区域识别算法，设计了硬件电路，编制了软件，并从软件和硬件方面采取了抗干扰措施，提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性，为出租车收费管理和城市交通管理提供了一种方法．

| Abstract: | Based on TMD, the taximeter with district-identification is discussed by using GPS technique. The district-identification arithmetic, the hardware designing, software programming and with the anti-interference measures for both the hardware and software to heighten reliability and stability of the system are given out. It benefits to the charge of taxi and the management of the city traffic. |
