| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种电话语音记录系统.通过一个设备将电话拨打的时间、号码和语音信息传送到计算机并记录到计算机硬盘.对设备的设计原理和结构进行了详细描述.该设备基于51单片机、FSK 解码芯片 HT9032C 和 DTMF解码芯片MT8870,可实现来电信息的解码和电话状态的检测,并将解码和电话状态信息通过USB口传送到计算机,同时将语音信号输出到声卡,系统通过软件实现电话记录的管理和语音压缩.该系统成本低廉,可广泛应用于公安、电话监控及企业的客户服务系统.
