醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液/异氰酸酯木材胶粘剂胶接工艺与性能的研究

摘    要:采用正交实验法,研究了以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)共聚乳液为主剂、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)为交联剂的双组分木材胶粘剂的胶接工艺与性能。研究结果表明,在常温下,PAPI用量对胶接性能的影响最显著,其次是加压时间,淀粉用量和压力对其影响不显著。综合考虑产品质量和生产成本,确定集成材生产的最佳工艺为:w(PAPI)=15%、加压时间为15min、w(淀粉)=5%和压力为2MPa;由此制得的集成材具有优良的胶接性能和耐水性能,能够满足日本集成材检测标准和室内非结构集成材用胶标准,其应用前景非常广阔。

Abstract:With vinyl acetate(VAc) copolymerize emulsion as main agent and polyaryl polymethylene for wood were studied by orthogonal experiment method.
