摘    要:建立了一种快速准确的顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用检测食品添加剂中甲醇含量的方法。该方法选择去离子水作为顶空基质校正剂,样品检测不需要过多前处理,操作简便快捷,甲醇标准工作曲线的相关系数大于0.9990,方法检出限和定量限分别为0.80mg/kg和2.67mg/kg,实际样品的加标回收率范围为96.37%~99.95%。结果表明,该方法可实现食品添加剂中甲醇的快速准确测定。

Abstract:A rapid headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of methanol in food additives. Good linearity (r^2 〉0.9990) for the calibration curve was obtained, and the limit of deteclion (LOD)) for methanol was 0. 80 mg kg, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) for methanol was 2.07 mg/kg. Satisfactory recoveries (96.37% to 99.95 % for methanol) were achieved. The method was proved to he simple and accurate.and has been applied in the determination of methanol in food additives.
