陶瓷助磨剂的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:应用曼尼奇反应制备了多胺基磷酸钠陶瓷助磨剂,采用红外光谱、差热分析等对合成的助剂进行了表征,该助剂用于对氧化铁以及石英滑石等原料的助磨测试表明,它是一种高效的陶瓷助磨剂,同时它还具有减水作用。

Abstract:The multi-amidocyanogen sodium phosphate as grinding additive was synthesized using Mannnich reaction, and the as-prepared sample was characterized by IR, DTA analyses. In addition, the additive was added into the grinding slip of quartz, talcum and Fe_2O_3.The results showed that the synthetic additive characterized as good ability for improving the grinding efficiency had better properties than the traditional grind additives. Moreover, the as-prepared multi-amidocyanogen sodium phosphate is also a good deflocculant for ceramic slip.
