| 摘 要： | 新时期各高校积极探索学生党建工作的新途径、新方法,充分发挥学生党员在学生党建、教育管理、阵地建设、弱势群体等方面的重要作用,是培养高素质人才适应时代发展需要的必然趋势。我院通过完善制度,促进了学生党员树立服务观念,提高工作能力,增强责任意识,注重工作绩效。
