锌-镍合金镀层钝化膜研究

摘    要:通过对锌-镍合金镀层进行彩色钝化,研究了锌-镍合金钝化膜的形貌、钝化膜中各元素的变化规律以及钝化膜的组成和结构。结果表明:在钝化膜与镀层之间有镍的富集层;钝化膜中铬和氧以C rO3、N a2C rO4、N iO和H2O的形式存在,随钝化温度的升高,膜厚度增加。

Abstract:The colored passivation film of Zinc-Nickel alloys was made by using new passivation solution and new process.The microscopic morphology,components and structure of the film were analyzed.The results show that the passivation film exists in the form of CrO_3,Na_2CrO_4 and H_2O and there is an enrichment layer of nickel between the passivation film and alloy coating,the film thickness increases with the increase in passivation temperature.
