Abstract:The structure and chemical characteristic,preparation and analysis method,as well as the application perspective of proanthocyanidin were introduced in this paper.At the same time,the physiological function of proanthocyanidin was intensively discussed.It is an important reference for the deep research and development of proanthocyanidin in the fields of the functional foods,medicines and cosmetics.
