摘    要:富集烟道气双注采油工艺技术是将稠油热采的锅炉烟道气经过处理,增压后,作为一种溶剂注入油层,与油层中的残留原油混溶成一种流体被替产的三次采油方法。在锦45块进行了锅炉烟道气注入的现场工业性先导试验,从试验结果看,该工艺起到了保护套管,减少热损失,强化助排,降低原油粘度,增加油层渗透性的作用,锅炉烟道气用于油田稠油和超稠油开采的注入气体,既能提高原油产量和油藏采收率,又可减少废气的排放,利于保护环境。

Abstract:Commingle injection of enriched flue gas is a tertiary recovery method. Boiler flue gas is injected into reservoirs as a solvent after being treated and pressure boost to displace residual oil after mixing with it. A pilot test had been performed at Jin 45 block. The test showed that this method could protect casing, reduce heat loss, enhance cleanup, lower crude oil viscosity and improve reservoir permeability. Using boiler flue gas as injection gas in heavy oil and super heavy oil recovery, oil production and recovery factor can increase, the exhaust gas will decrease and the environment is protected.
