摘    要:通过对多个集装箱码头卸船作业流程中进口箱进场自动选位问题的认真研究及实践,提出了基于"分散且集中"的场内分路堆存原则下的进口箱动态选位的思想和方法,在分析总结不同集装箱码头、不同调度员工大量宝贵经验的基础上,建立了卸船进场自动选位模型.经过大量的算例分析及实际的系统测试,证明了模型的有效性和实用性.该模型是"场内均衡"思想的集中体现,其合理性、均衡性及动态性可以大大提高场地作业效率,从而消除卸船作业中的瓶颈,使各个环节有机结合,最大限度地发挥机械作业能力,提高集装箱码头整体装卸作业效率.

Abstract:Based on an investigation into automatic yard position selection for inbound containers during ship discharging operation in several container terminals, a conception of ' sparseness versus density' is proposed based on multi-directional yard storage for inbound container position selection. By surveying diverse container terminals and relevant scheduling operators, an automatic position selection model is established for ship discharging and yard storage. From intensive computational analysis and actual system testing, the model effectiveness and practicality have been proven. As such, the yard balancing model, which possesses reasonableness, equivalence and dynamicity, can significantly enhance the operational efficiency. Therefore, this approach cohesively links activities while eliminating bottlenecks so as to promote the operational efficiency of an entire container terminal.
