摘    要:FY-3极轨气象卫星是我国自主研制的新一代极轨气象卫星,它是迄今为止我国功能最全、应用最广的民用卫星。广州气象卫星地面站FY-3地面系统是FY-3系统工程的一个重要组成部分,负责接收南中国区域的FY-3卫星云图。广州雷暴较频发,针对广州站FY-3设备的分布特点而精心设计的防雷方案,经过近4年的运行证明:该防雷方案设计合理、适用、安全、可靠,能有效地避免和防御雷电对设备的侵袭,为整个FY-3系统的安全运行提供了保障。

Abstract:FY-3 satellite is a new generation of polar orbit meteorological satellite independently developed in China,which is also a commercial satellite with complete function and wide application so far.FY-3 ground receiving system over Guangzhou is an important part in FY-3 system engineering,taking charge of receiving FY-3 satellite cloud from South China.Because of high thunderstorm frequency in Guangzhou,lightning protection schemes are deliberately designed according to distribution features of FY-3 equipments.After nearly four years’ operation,it shows that this lightning protection design is reasonable,applicable,safe and reliable,which can effectively avoid and defense lightning invasion from the instruments,and provide a guarantee for safe operation of the entire FY-3 system.
