摘    要:根据结构的特点和现场施工条件,本工程共采用7个提升吊点进行屋面钢桁架的整体提升、滑移与安装。文中首先介绍了施工中的关键技术,通过设置控制点以保证滑移的顺利进行;其次,通过有限元SAP2000软件的稳定性分析和不同步工况的位移差仿真分析,为工程现场的顺利提升提供了参考。实践证明,本文介绍的钢桁架整体提升及滑移技术方案可行,可为同类工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:According to structural characteristics and construction site conditions,7 lifting points were adopted in this project,when carrying out integral lifting,sliding and installation of a whole steel truss roof.Key construction techniques were introduced first in this paper.Control points were set to guarantee sliding smoothly.Then,Stability analysis and displacement difference analysis caused by non-synchronous lifting were both considered by SAP2000 software.The analytical results can provide guidance for successful site operation.It was proofed that the technical proposal of integral lifting and sliding in this project is feasible,and can be a reference for similar engineering.
