车架电泳漆膜颗粒分析与处理

摘    要:针对一次车架电泳漆膜颗粒事故进行了分析和调查。通过验证证实为磷化渣沉积后覆盖电泳漆膜造成,继续对磷化渣进行调查、处理发现,设备故障使除渣系统不能正常运行而导致事故的发生。

Abstract:The investigation and analysis for an accident of particles of frame electrophoretic paint were conducted. Through the validation, it was confirmed that this was caused by the coverage of phosphate residue on the electrophoretic paint film after the deposition. By continueing to investigate and treat the phosphate residue, it was found that due to equipment failure, the residue removal system could not function properly, thus resulted in the accident.
