火力发电厂水务管理现状及节水对策

摘    要:通过对照比较国内外火电厂的耗水指标,介绍了我国火力发电厂水务管理现状。指出我国火电厂水务管理中存在的主要问题,并给出了相应的节水对策,如规范用排水收费制度、提高循环水浓缩倍率要和冲灰系统改造配套进行、干除灰技术改造必须配套干灰储存设施、将废水分类进行收集、处理、回用等,为火电厂的节水降耗和安全经济运行提供理论指导。

Present Situation of Water Management in Thermal Power Plants and Countermeasures of Water Saving
Abstract:The present situation of water management in thermal power plants was described with comparison of water consumption index of thermal power plants in China and foreign countries. The existent key problems on the water management of our thermal power plants was pointed out. The water saving measures suggested include perfecting the fee charging system of water consumption and discharge, heightening concentration rate must be matched with the technical transformation of ash removal system, using dry ash removal systems must be matched by the dry ash storage facility, carrying on the wastewater collection and treatment separately according to different types of wastewater. The theoretical guidance for the thermal power plant's water-saving and economic operation are provided.
