摘 要: | 发电厂空冷机组由于设计布置问题,致使循环水泵并联运行时管路系统产生振动和噪声,威胁着机组安全运行。为此用水动力学的基本理论,剖析了该机组的振动机理,并进行了相应的消振改造,取得了良好的效果。

Vibration Study of Circulating Water System of Indigenous 200 MW Air Cooling Generating Unit and Vibration Eliminating Retrofit |

Abstract: | During parallel operation of circulating water pumps of air cooling generating unit, both vibration and noise of pipe system were rather high as a result of design layout problem, so as to threaten the safe operation of unit . The vibration mechanism of unit was analyzed using the basic theory of hydrodynamics, and the corresponding vibration eliminating retrofit was conducted, with good result obtained. |
