摘    要:城市污水排放系统通常采用梯级提升排放方式,泵站存在着机组排水扬程多变、恒速运行、深井
泵水及机组起停容量无选择性等不合理运行工况,从而直接导致了机泵运行效率低、泵水耗能大、综合节
电效果差等一系列问题。从降低机泵排水扬程、提高机泵效率及优化运行机泵组合等方面分析了污水泵站
系统的节能降耗机理,并给出了相关的节能计算式。在此基础上,提出了目标水位(最佳扬程)下调速排
污运行的高效、节能控制方式以及工程实现的优化控制方案,可实现系统耗能最小和污水溢出污染最少的
控制目标。系统控制策略易于实现,构成系统装置便于现场改造施工。排水管网系统局部泵站运行试验结
果表明,分析所得结论及计算结果与实际测试结果基本相符,可以获得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:In the current urban sewage rundle-discharge system, there exist some unreasonable operating modes such as variable lift of pump device, fixed pump-rev operation, drawing water from deep well and arbitrary running and stopping control and so on. Those problems directly led to low pump efficiency, high energy-cost and an inefficiency. The energy-saving mechanism of the pumping station system was analyzed from the following aspects: reducing the lift of water pumping, raising the efficiency of the pump device, optimizing the coordination of running pumps, etc. The correlative energy-saving equations were also educed. An efficient energy-saving control idea of governor-discharge operation mode at the object water level (the best lift) and corresponding strategy for project realization were presented to achieve the system's control target, in which the energy cost and the pollution of wastewater overflow of the system were both minimal. It is easy to realize the above control scheme for the convenient reconstruction of the system devices. Testing of the local pumping stations, the piping-net work system indicates that the conclusion and data by analysis ultimately accord with the actual operating results so that the best economic and social profits can be obtained.
