摘    要:分步骤分析和比较了国际非人类物种辐射剂量和辐射效应评估的两种主要方法,即美国能源部的GRADED方法和欧共体FASSET项目中的方法。在此基础上,提出了我国现阶段在非人类物种辐射剂量评估方面应该开展的工作和所要解决的难点。得到的结论为:我国应在GRADED方法和FASSET方法的基础上,开发自己的实用方法。在进行以生态系统为保护目的大范围的评价和保护时,只要针对我国自己的特点补充有关的生物浓度指南数据集,就可以使用GRADED方法进行整体放射生态评价;在针对物种个体或具体种群进行评价和保护中应该完善自己的数据,采用FASSET的方法。

Abstract:The major methods of GRADED, developed by DOE, and FASSET, as used in the EU-funded FASSET project, are compared and analyzed progressively. As a result, we propose the work, and the potential difficulty in need of solution, that should be initiated currently in dose assessment for non-human species radiation protection in China. It can be concluded that the applicable methods in accordance with the features in the country should be developed on the basis of GRADED and FASSET methods. With the ecosystem as protection objective for envimmnental protection and assessment in an large area as proposed, the GRADED method can be applied to overall radio-ecological assessment on the premise of additional dataset for guidance on bio-concentrations comistent with the reality of China. These data should be further updated in the course of assessment and protection of the individuals and clusters of species.
