摘    要:介绍分散型氧化钪阴极的实验研究。涂层材料为三元碳酸盐中分散约10%的Ba3Sc4O9。在BPF枪中,支取jk=1A/cm2的2000h寿命试验表明,新型阴极发射电流跌落≤15%,而普通氧化物阴极,在同样条件下,电流跌落>30%。文中还提出CRT电子枪中阴极负载的估算方法,并讨论了Sc2O3在阴极中的作用机理。

Abstract:This paper deals with experimental study of dispersed Sc2O3 oxide cathode. The material of the coating contains about 10% of compound Ba3Sc4O9 in the three-element carbonate. In the BPF gun,life test shows that the emission current drop of the newly developed cathode is less than 15 %,when the current density is set at 1 A/cm2 in a work time of 2000 h. Under the same condition,current drop is greater than 30% for normal oxide cathode. The calculation method of emission current load of cathode in the electron gun is suggested,and the mechanism of Sc2O3 in the new type of cathode is discussed.
