便携式激光干涉准直系统的研制

摘    要:为了解决长导轨直线度传统测量方法中存在的问题,研制了一种基于楔形板的便携式激光干涉准直系统.系统采用16位高性能单片机MSP430进行数据处理,利用软件滤除测量数据中包含的交流信号,然后再通过D/A转换器对处理电路进行反馈控制,以消除光电信号中包含的不断变化的直流电平信号,从而提高系统的测量精度.系统的测量数据通过无线模块实时地发送给与PC相连的无线基站,再通过USB接口传送给PC,可以方便测量数据的记录与保存.

Abstract:To deal with the shortage of the traditional linearity measurement for long distance,a portable laser interference alignment based on webge plate is developed. In this system,high performance 16-bit microprocessor MSP430 is used to process measured data; AC signal in the measured data is filtered by the program. Besides,to eliminate the DC signal in the original signal which is constantly changeable,the result is used to feedback control the processing circuit,thus the measuring precision is improved greatly. Measured data is transferred to the wireless base which is connecting PC in real-time,and then it is read into the PC through USB interface. As a result,the system makes the measured data much easier to be stored and recorded.
