渤海某油田清污混注结垢问题综合治理研究

摘    要:部分渤海油田现场回注水注入方式主要采取清污混注,该作业方法可能导致管线/设备内部出现结垢现象。本文结合某油田现场注水工艺流程、现场水质组成及有关温度、压力等工艺参数,对其结垢机理进行了分析,并经过化学法防垢和物理防垢技术研究,制定出综合治理方案。

Abstract:Part of the Bohai oilfield oily water rejection was adopted mixed produced and fresh water,while this operation may cause pipeline or equipment internal scaling.In this paper,for some oilfield,combined with water injection process,water quality,composition and the process parameters such as temperature and pressure,scaling mechanism is analyzed.And through chemical and physical anti-scaling technology research,developed a comprehensive management program.
