| 摘 要： | 企业老干部思想政治工作是企业思想政治工作的一项重要内容,也是做好老干部管理和服务工作的基础和保证。做好这项工作,对于发挥老干部的余热,促进企业和谐健康发展具有十分重要的意义。新时期,做老干部思想政治工作,要强调一个"高"字,突出一个"实"字,要讲究一个"活"字。
