净化废水中重金属的湿地植物筛选研究

摘    要:本研究在水泥池土培条件下,以鸭舌草等8种常州地区常见代表性湿地植物为供试材料,研究Cu、Pb两种重金属(含量均为2.0mg/L)对植物生物量的影响及其对Cu、Pb的吸收量和积累量。结果表明,重金属废水处理对供试植物地上部、地下部生物量,Cu、Pb含量、积累量以及整株实际吸收量的影响因植物不同而存在较大的差异,且8种供试植物对Cu和Pb的实际吸收量呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.876,说明对重金属废水中Cu吸收能力强的供试植物对Pb的吸收也强。研究结果表明,重金属污染废水处理中修复植物的选择应以生物量较大,且在污染环境下生物量下降幅度较小的植物为宜,鸭舌草或碎米莎草、田皂角和辣蓼对重金属废水中Cu、Pb的净化能力高于其他供试植物。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of the heavy metal wastewater stress(including Cu and Pb—2.0 mg/L) on plants,pot experiments are conducted through using the monochoria vaginalis and other seven representative plants,which are common in Changzhou area of Eastern China.The results show that,treated with polluted wastewater,the tested plants uptaked Cu and Pb,and concentrations of the two heacy metals rise significantly,both in aboveground and underground part.Eight tested species on the actual uptake of Cu,and Pb are significantly correlated(r=0.876).The experiment indicates that when we select plants to absorb heavy metals in wastewater,the species with large biomass which can reduce less under heavy methal stressed wastewater are more suitable.Among the eight tested plants,M.vaginalis and Cyperus iria,Aeschynomene Indica,Polygonum hydropiper were more suitable to be used for purification of heavy metal wastewater with Cu and Pb than the others.
