摘    要:针对煤系高岭土采用普通爆破开采过程存在的成材率低、爆破震动强度大且工作面碎石抛掷作用强等特点,通过理论分析和模型实验,在现场采用了多段毫秒延时爆破技术,优化了起爆方式和顺序,显著地提高了煤系高岭土爆破效率和矿石质量,增大了一次爆破规模,降低了爆破作业对顶板和支护设施的损伤,提高了作业的安全性,为高岭土矿岩的规模化开采奠定了基础。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristic of low rate of useful materials, great strength of blasting vibration and high rock discharging effect in workplace in mining coal series kaolin by common blasting method, by theoretical analyzing and model testing, the multi-segments millisecond delay blasting method was a- dopted for this mining job. By using this method, the blasting mode and sequence were optimized, and blasting efficiency and ore quality of coal series kaolin were markedly raised. Moreover, one blasting scale was augmented, the damnification to roof and supporting was decreased, and the mining safety was enhanced. The paper established a foundation for kaolin mining.
