| 摘 要： | 以2,7-二溴芴为原料,通过烷基化反应和钯催化下的Sonogashira偶联反应,以较高产率合成出了一种末端含有双炔的芴类化合物,这种末端双炔化合物可以作为进行＂点击化学＂反应的单体原料。

| Abstract: | A kind of fluorene compound with terminal diethynyl was prepared from 2,7-dibromo-fluorene by alkylation and palladium catalyzed Sonogashira coupling reaction,and the total yield was high.This diethynyl containing compound can be used as the monomer of ＂click chemistry＂reaction. |
