摘    要:利用热重分析仪对典型村镇垃圾在空气等气氛下的燃烧特性进行了研究,结果表明村镇垃圾具有较高可燃性.实验通过离子色谱研究了不同钙氯比条件下固氯效果,得出CaO脱氯的最佳条件为反应温度在550~650℃,钙氯质量比为4:1,反应气氛选择空气.HCl与氧化钙的气-固反应的某些分过程可认为是过程速度控制步骤,决定着整个脱氯反应的...

Abstract:With the help of the thermal-gravity analyzer (TGA),combustion characteristics of village solid waste in air atmosphere were experimentally studied. The result shows that the village solid waste has better combustibility. Chlorine fixation effects under different Ca/C1 ratios were studied by ion chromatography. The results show that the best CaO dechlorination conditions are as follows: reaction temperature is 550~650℃, Ca/C1 ratio is 4 : 1,reaction atmosphere is air. Control steps in dechlorination reaction are outside mass transfer, internal diffusion of CaC1 product and interracial reaction.
