摘    要:通过对某款摩丝按嘴的结构分析,设计了具有前模斜向抽芯和后模侧抽芯的双抽芯机构的注塑模。主要介绍了该模具斜向抽芯机构的组成。工作时该模具采用弹簧、阻尼销和限位螺钉实现了顺序开模,具有模具尺寸小、结构简单、运行可靠、造价较低等特点。

Design of Injection Mold Including Two Core-drawing Mechanisms
Abstract:By analyzing the structure of one mousee mouth, an injection mold including two core-pulling mechanisms, which has angled core-pulling of concave mold and side core-drawing of core mold is designed. This paper mainly introduces the composition of angled core-pulling mechanism of this injection mold. During working, this injection mold realizes sequenced opening with its spring, damping pin and spacing bolt. This injection mold has advantages of small size, simple structure, running reliability and low cost, etc..
